Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase from Sunflower Creation UK. All of our items are carefully handmade and packed with care.

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In these cases, we will offer a replacement or refund and provide a free return label.

Please note that small variations in colour, size, or shape are a natural part of handmade products and are not considered faults.
